26000 saplings to be planted in Taungtha Township

A total of 26000 saplings will be planted in Taungtha Township, Mandalay Region during monsoon season, according to the Township Forest Department. 

 

With the aim of greening the environment and reducing climate change, the Forest Department is planting saplings of shady trees across the nation. Now, a total of 26000 saplings of shady trees will be distributed to the governmental departments, schools, social organizations and those who want to plant in the township during the monsoon season.
