Officials from Wetlet Township Department of Agriculture provided cash aids to farmers for damaged crops in Mugyi and Thakhatta villages in Wetlet Township, Shwebo District, Sagaing Region this morning.
First, an official from the Township Department of Agriculture clarified the purpose of the provision and the officials provided K 1,300,000 to 51 farmers for their 130 acres of monsoon paddy field at a rate of K 10,000 per acre.
