Officials from Kawthaung District Department of Disaster Management made a visit to provide cash aids to people who were affected by the strong winds struck Kawthaung District during the very first week of August.
People in the wards and villages of Kawthaung suffered the risks of strong winds and they became homeless. Therefore, officials provided K 3,856,540 for purchasing rice and building materials to a total of 268 flood victims from 53 households. Kyaw Soe (Kawthaung)
