OFFICIALS from the Myanmar Football Federation (MFF) and representatives of teams in the amateur leagues will hold a meeting to discuss their participation in the General Aung San Shield 2020.
The meeting will be held at 2 p.m. on 20 February at the meeting hall of the Myanmar National League Office at Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon, according to the federation.
To acknowledge the amateur leagues that are trying to improve Myanmar ’s football community and as a preliminary introduction to participation in the Myanmar National League, the MFF and the MNL have allowed five football teams from the amateur leagues to participate in the General Aung San Shield this year.
At the coordination meeting, the two sides will discuss matters related to registration, rules, and regulations for the General Aung San Shield. — Kyaw Khin
