New School facility handed over in Mattaya Tsp

Mattaya, 4 January

A ceremony to hand over a new school facility to Ministry of Education was held at the compound of sub-B.E.H.S in Tangachauk Village, Mattaya Township, Mandalay Region yesterday.

On the occasion, the region Hluttaw Representative U Min Min, the township deputy Administrator U Zaw Win Kyaing, staff officer of the township Education officer’s Office Dr. Aye Aye Thant and  village Administrator cut a ribbon to formally open the new school building and unveiled the signboard of the school facility and sprinkled scented water on it.

Afterwards, the region Hluttaw Representative U Min Min and Dr. Aye Aye Thant from the township Education officer’s Office delivered opening speeches and village Administrator spoke words of thanks. This was followed by the presentation of awards to outstanding students.

The region Hluttaw Representative, the township deputy Administrator, staff officer of the township Education officer’s Office, invited guests, members of school development committee, teachers and students attended the event.

The new school facility measuring 100 feet in length and 30 feet in height was built by spending K 72.00 million allocated by the regional government. —Soe Kyaw Thu Htway(Mattaya)
