Hinthada BEHS-5 to get a two-storey facility

A stake-driving ceremony for construction of a two-storey school facility was held in BEHS-5 in Hinthada, Ayeyawady Region this morning.

On the occasion, Regional Lawmakers U Kyaw Soe and U Aung Ko Ko Oo, Township Administrator U Myo Tint Zaw, officials from the Department of Education, and members of the school board of trustees drove the stakes at designated places in the construction site and sprinkled scented water on it.

The school structure measuring 100 ft. in length, 30 ft. in width will be a reinforced concrete facility and will be built by a private company at a cost of nearly Ks. 300 million allocated by the local government in the fiscal year 2019-2020.—Ko Zaw (Hinthada)
