Three people died in a head-on collision between a water tanker and a motorbike in Tedim Township, Chin State, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
A water bowser collided with a motorbike coming from an opposite direction after the driver lost control of the vehicle in Lwetar Ward, Tedim Township at about 10:30 a.m. on 29 June. Upon receiving information about the traffic accident, local firefighters rushed to the scene to carry out the rescue operation.
Three people including the motorcyclist were killed on the spot and the driver of water tanker is being questioned over reckless driving by the local police.
