Ayeyawady United’s Victor joins Zimbabwe National Team

AYEYAWADY United’s expatriate defender Victor Kamhuka was recently selected as a national player for his national football team of Zimbabwe, according to a statement with the Ayeyawady United this month. 


The 30-year- old defender assisted Ayeyawady United to secure third place position in the 2020 season of Myanmar National League. 


Being a 6 feet 3 inches-tall player, Victor is good in tackling, defending, passing and heading. 


Victor started his career in 2013. On 1 July 2013, Victor Kamkukajoined Dynamos Harare Football Club, a first-division club in Zimbabwe as a defender and spent there till 2017. 


Next, in August 2017, Victor moved to Indian League Pathachakra and scored three goals for the team. 


Victor joined Nepali club Manang Marshyangdiin 2018, and then the defender moved to Bhawanipore FC of Nepal in 2019. 


Victor joined Ayeyawady United in 2020 season of Myanmar National League, and he made 18 appearances and assisted the team with his defending skills. 


Ayeyawady United officials have expressed congratulatory message on their official page for Victor in his future. 


“Congratulations to Ayeyawady United’s Central Defender Victor for being selected for the Zimbabwe National Football Team and we wished you success with your national team”, AUFC officials stated. 


The Ayeyawady United Football Club (No 42) jersey wearer Victor Kamhuka is now taking No 8 for his national team and alsopreviously participating in the team’s training section.
