MYANMAR junior golf team will participate in the Singapore Junior Golf Championship 2026, according to the Myanmar Golf Federation (MGF).
A Myanmar junior golf player and a team leader left Yangon on 8 June to compete in the event, which will be held from 9 to 12 June at Keppel Club in Singapore.
MGF has been sending golf players to international tournaments in order to help them acquire international experience. Team leader U Nay Win Soe and player Htoo Myat Aung will compete in matches categorized by age groups.
Myanmar's young golf players: Satt Naing Aung, Naing Oo Cho, Cho Thar Aung and Nan Seng Ong Ngin will also compete in the Junior World Championship 2026, which will take place in Indonesia from 9 to 12 June. — MT/ZS
