Advance voting of Myanmar citizens living abroad continue their advance voting yesterday for the 2020 General Election of their home country.
The Myanmar Embassy in Bangkok of Thailand facilitated the voting of 524 nationals, while the embassies in Tokyo and Singapore managed the voting of 57 persons and 1,243 persons.
Moreover, a total of 85 voters cast their advance votes at the Myanmar Embassy on 13 October local time in London.
The respective embassies took preventive and control measures with taking body temperature, providing hand sanitizers before entering polling booths and distributing gloves and masks. A total of 19,09 advance voters was recorded on 14 October for different time zones of respective countries..
