Tachileik 13 March
Department of Education and Training under the Ministry of Border Affairs opened an advanced sewing course in Tachileik, Eastern Shan State and its closing ceremony was held at the hall of the Vocational Training School of Domestic Science for Women in Tachileik this morning.
At the ceremony, Deputy District Administrator U Maung Naing Naing gave opening remarks and presented a sewing machine to an outstanding trainee.
Then, head of the school presented certificates to the trainees and one of the trainees also spoke words of thanks to the officials.
Next, the officials observed the dresses and handicrafts made by trainees. The four-month course was attended by 50 trainees nearby village in Tachileik.
