An agricultural technique disseminating center in Gangaw Township will be inaugurated for 14 village-tracts.
“The center is constructed in Taungkhinyan village at the center of the 14 village-tracts”, said an official from the Agricultural Department.
At the center, special seeds of sesame, pigeon pea and other kinds of bean will be distributed to farmers and cultivated. In addition, crop cultivating on the trial-plot is annually undertaken.
After finishing preparatory measures for the center, there will be displays and reading rooms for farmers. In addition, awareness discussion on agricultural techniques and distribution agricultural methods will be more conducted at the center.
