Kangyidaunt, 26 March
A ceremony to open a new school building was held in the compound of B.E.H.S in Takonggyi village tract in Kangyidaunt Township of Ayeyawady Region this morning.
At the event, Chief Minister of Ayeyawady Region U Tin Maung Win, Minister for the region Ministry of Security and Border Affairs, Minister for the region Social Affairs and the region Education officer cut a ceremonial ribbon to formally open the new school and looked round the school building. After that the region CM posed for documentary photographs with officials.
The one story new school building measuring 120 ft. in length and 30 ft. in width has been constructed since June 30, 2023 by a tender winning Company with funds of Basic Education Department for 2023-2024 FY and it has been completed in December 30, 2023.—Kyaw Yin Soe(IPRD)
