Course on jam making, food baking opened in Chaung-U Tsp

Chaung-U, March 11

A ceremony to open a jam making and food baking course was opened at the office of the township Rural Development Department in the township of Chaung-U, Sagaing region this morning.

At the event, U Maung Maung Myo from the township General Administration Department made an opening speech. Then, Daw Khin Soe Win, the head of the township Rural Development Department reported on the aim of the course. After that, course instructors gave talks about the course.

The course include making different kinds of Jam, fruit juices, and 15 kinds of food baking including bread baking. Course instructors are from Chaung-U government technical high school and government weaving high school (Monywa). A total of 15 trainees from villages in the township will be attending the course from March 11 to 25.—Yamin
