COVID-19 patients in Kyaukphyu District discharged from hospital

Eight COVID-19 positive patients who were receiving medical treatment at Kyaukphyu District People’s Hospital were discharged from the hospital this morning.

 

They were urged to follow the instructions guided by the Ministry of Health and Sports and to put themselves under quarantine at home by the medical staff and officials. Then, they were sent back to their homes by the members of philanthropic organizations and Red Cross Association.

 

In Kyaukphyu, there are a total of 392 coronavirus positive patients from 25 August of 25 November. Out of them, 363 patients were discharged from the hospital and there were three deaths. Now, 26 virus positive patients are still receiving medical treatment at the hospital, according to Medical Superintendent of the hospital Dr. Ye Lwin Maung.
