An event to hand over rice sacks to employees from the Department of Education was held at Khakaborazi Hall in Pannandin Town, Kachin State on October 20.
A total of 35 rice bags provided by the local government were handed over to 35 educational staff who are facing livelihood hardship due to transport barriers in remote area.
The provisions were handed over to Township Education Officer U Khin Maung Myint by Township Administrator U Nay Min Tun.
