Well-wishers donated foodstuff to local people amid the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic in Nandawan Ward-6 and Bayakyi Village in Nyaungshwe Township, Southern Shan State this morning.
Well-wishers, identified as Mrs. Naw Naw and members from Italy jointly donated foodstuff worth K 336000 to local people in the township. Under this food supply program, 52 households in Nandawan Ward-6 and Bayakyi Village received food rations.
The donation of foodstuff is the second of its kind. Mrs. Naw Naw and members will continue to donate foodstuff to local people till the last week of February, 2021.
