A ceremony to provide fund of Emerald Green Project was held in conjunction with a knowledge sharing event about the dangers of COVID-19 in Seinle and Shansu Villages in Wuntho Township, Katha District, Sagaing Region yesterday. The disbursement of loan is the sixth of its kind in the villages.
At the event, an official from the township Department of Rural Development clarified the purpose of the project and handed over K 55.6 million to 84 members of village emerald green projects committee in Seinle and Shansu Villages.
Also present on the occasion were the region Hluttaw Representative U Zaw Lin Oo, staff officer of the district DRD U Kyaw Kyaw, staff officer of the Township DRD U Myat Myo Tun and officials. —Kyaw Myaing, IPRD
