The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus worldwide has topped 6.3 million.
The tally compiled by Johns Hopkins University in the United States hit 6,325,303 as of 19:30 UTC on Tuesday. The number of deaths reached 377,460.
The United States has the most confirmed cases at 1,820,523, followed by Brazil at 526,447 and Russia at 423,186. Britain has 279,391, Spain has 239,932 and Italy 233,515.
The US also has the world's highest death toll at 105,644. That is followed by Britain's 39,451, Italy's 33,530, Brazil's 29,937. France has recorded 28,836 deaths and Spain 27,127.
