Officials presented cash assistance provided by the government amid the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic to local people who have low income in Naungcho Township, Kyaukme District, Shan State yesterday.
Vice Chairman of the township committee for COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment U Htay Lin Aung and members handed over K 99.5 million to grass roots from villages and wards in the town ship.
Under this cash aid program, 4975 households from wards and villages in the township received K 20000 each.
