As a precaution against the spread of Covid-19, officials have been conducting health check on travellers on a daily basis at check points outside the town in the town of Laecha, Loinlin district, Shan state (south).
In doing so, a combined team made up of departmental personnel, health staff and members of local social organizations scanned the body temperatures of travellers with the use of infrared thermometers in order to know whether they have fever or high temperature.
The team also broadens the travellers’ knowledge of Covid-19.—Township IPRD
