A ceremony to unveil a Legal Aid Board’s office was held in the town of Loilem, Shan State (South) yesterday.
First of all, U Ye Myint, member of the state Ligal Aid Board and Daw Nu Nu, Chairperson of the township Legal Aid Board cut a ceremonial ribbon to formally open the office.
Next, officials from the district and township court of law unveiled signboard of the office and sprinkled scented water on it. Then, Daw Nu Nu explained matters relating to the office.
Also present on the occasion were the township Deputy Administrator, invited guests and staff from the township Legal Aid Board.—Moe Lwin Oo
