Enhancing happiness in the workplace is es­sential for fostering a positive and productive environ­ment. Staff should come to the workplace with a feeling of joy and return home with a sense of satisfaction. The following men­tioned points are some strategies to enhance workplace happiness;

 

  1. Cultivate a Positive Cul­ture: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued and appreciated. Encourage teamwork and collaboration to build strong interpersonal relationships.
