An event to donate medical equipment for containing coronavirus was held at the meeting room of people’s hospital in Mongpan Township, Shan State (South) this morning.
As part of efforts to control the spread of COVID-19, Commander of the Eastern Central Command Maj-Gen. Than Hlaing and members donated 2750 Surgical Masks, one Suction Machine,
In addition, Maj-Gen. Than Hlaing and members provided nutritious food such as eggs and bread to patients in the hospital.
Medical equipment and items were accepted by the township medical superintended Dr. Tin Khaing and the Township deputy Administrator U Kyaw Myo Tun.—Ko San, IPRD
