A total of 13,374 students will appear for 2019 matriculation examinations in Mohnyin District, Kachin State, according to District Education Office.
There are 25 exam centers for 13,374 candidates who registered to sit for the exam to be held in March. This year the number of candidates is more than that of the last year.
Thirteen exam centers for 6,354 candidates in Mohnyin Township, seven for 3,823 candidates in Mogaung Township, five for 3,197 candidates in Hpakant Township will be opened.
The pass rate of 2018 academic year is 32.91 percent in Mohnyin Township, 31.75 percent in Mogaung Township and 34.11 percent in Hpakant Township respectively.
