A refresher training course for axillary firefighters was opened at the hall of the township fire brigade in Manaung, Rakhine State this morning.
At the event, Township Administrator U Kyan Aye gave a speech and an official from the Fire Services Department explained the purpose of training course. Next, the township administrator and concerned officials presented uniforms to the trainees.
A total of 50 trainees are being given practical and theoretical training during the training course that runs from 2 to 26 March.—Thein Pe (IPRD)
