A rural water supply task is being carried out in Kyauksu Village, Mese Township in Kayah State by the Department of Rural Development (DRD) under its funds for the fiscal year 2018-2019.
A group of local authorities led by Deputy Director of the department U Kyaw Lin Aung made a field trip to the project site where the rural water supply task is being undertaken on 16 January. The DRD deputy director was briefed about digging the tube wells with the use of heavy machinery by concerned officials. The project engineers also replied to queries raised by the DRD officials.—Wutyi
