A school family day was marked in conjunction with the prize-distribution ceremony at the Basic Education High School in Mese, Bawlakhe District, Kayah State yesterday.
At the ceremony, deputy township administrator U Aung Aye Khant gave opening remarks and deputy township education officer U Ye Myint gave instructions on school development. U Hnin Wai, member of the school board of trustees clarified the procedures that are being undertaken for school development. The head of the school Daw Mya Mya Maw discussed the proceedings of the school and expressed thanks to respective officials.
Afterwards, the exceptional students in 2018-2019 academic year and other outstanding students for commemorative competitions were awarded by the deputy township administrator and officials. Afterwards, the students performed entertainment to the attendees.
The deputy township administrator, the deputy township education officer, head of the school Daw Mya Mya Maw, departmental personnel, students and parents totaling 250 were in attendance.
