With the aim of creating job opportunities for local people and enhancing their socio-economic status, sewing courses are being conducted at the monastery of Thabyukan village, Kayan Township, Yangon Region this morning.
At the event, MP U Hla Toe of Yangon Region Hluttaw made an opening speech whereas Head of the Township Rural Development Department U Sa Tin Myo Lwin clarified the purpose of the course and job opportunities available.
The 45-day sewing course is being attended by 30 trainees.—Kyaw Hsan
