The Union Election Commission organized a demonstration of voter education for the 2020 General Election to be held in accordance with the COVID-19 prevention guidelines at its headquarters in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
The event was attended by the Commission’s Chairman U Hla Thein and members, and officials from the commission office, the Ministry of Health and Sports and International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES).
Deputy Director-General (Election) of the commission office explained the purpose of voting demonstration.
Staff from the commission office presented the COVID-19 prevention guidelines for the 2020 General Election.
