A local resident returned a lost wallet to a Chinese Citizen, the owner, at Shwebo Myoma police station at 2:45 pm today.
Mr Qi Xianpin informed Shwebo Myoma police station that he had lost his wallet on the Shwebo-Khin-U-Zegone road on 2 January afternoon when riding a motorbike to the site after drawing money at KBZ bank, saying US $ 320, RMB 35, K 71, 550, a passport and four bank cards were in it.
Immediately after the complaint received, the police conducted an investigation and was informed that the lost wallet was found by a man named Zaw Lin Tun, 32, of Thee Gone village, Padauk Khaung village-tract.
Zaw Lin tun returned the wallet to Mr Qi Xianpin before Police Inspector Thein Win Zaw at Myoma police station this afternoon.—Moe Thauk
