Lawksawk 26 March
With the aim of distributing purified drinking water in all seasons in Kyaukta Sanpya village in Lawksawk Township, Taunggyi District, Shan State (South), water supply projects are being implemented in the village. Officials from the Township Department of Rural Development inspected the undertakings in the village on 25 March.
The officials inspected the installation of water pipeline and construction of water plant and dam. They then asked the responsible people from the construction company for the timely completion of the project.
The projects are being conducted with K 137.610 million funded by Special Fund of Mekong-Lancang Project starting from third week of February. Now, all have been completed by 65 percent, according to the Township Department.
