Rural electrification projects are being undertaken with interest of Emerald Green Project in three villages in Sidoktaya Township, Minbu District, Magway Region, according to Township Department of Rural Development.

In Mandatkine village, the rural electrification project is being undertaken with K 5 million of interest of Emerald Green Project and K 23.5 million contributed by public. In Phaaine village, the electrification project is being implemented with K 8 million of interest of Emerald Green Project and K 17.9 million of public contribution. In Nyaungkone village, the electrification project is being conducted with K 5 million of interest of Emerald Green Project and K 15 million of public contribution.

In Sidoktaya Township, the Department of Rural Development is undertaking rural road construction, water supply project, electricity supply project and multi-purpose hall construction.
