16 coronavirus positive patients have been discharged from a hospital in Minkin Township, Sagaing Region on October 19, according to a source from Township Administrator U Hsan Bo.
    

“They were allowed to discharge from the hospital in accordance with the rules by the Ministry of Health and Sports,” he said. The patients returned from Mingaladon Township, Yangon Region and were placed under observation at a middle school that was diverted into a facility quarantine center. Swab was taken from 28 people at the quarantine center and sent to Mandalay for medical examination.
    

Out of 28 people, 16 people were found to have been infected with the virus. They need to put themselves under 7-day observation at their homes.
