A ceremony to provide cash aids to households with irregular income in Pwintbyu Township, Magway Region was held at Township General Administration Department this morning.

In the township, there are a total of 27635 households without regular income in four wards, 56 village-tracts and 204 villages. With the aim to reduce the difficulties of the households with irregular income during the COVID-19 pandemic, the government is providing cash aids and foodstuff to the households and it is the fifth of its kind.

Now, the government provided K 552,700,000 to 27635 households at a rate of K 20,000 per household via departmental officials.
