Kyaukse, November 11

Truck Drivers and their assistants passing through Kyaukse Township in Mandalay Region were tested for the Covid-19 virus with a test kit.

Today, 150 drivers and their coworkers from 95 vehicles were tested for the coronavirus and one more was found to be infected with the virus. The coronavirus-positive patient, a man from Pyigyidagun Township, Mandalay Region, was on his way from Kyaukse to Muse. The two men who had close contact with the patient were taken to a Facility Quarantine center at Kyaukse University of Technology to prevent the spread of virus.

Truck drivers and their helpers from Mandalay and Sagaing Regions, Kachin and Shan States were tested for the deadly virus with the use of rapid test kits. Today, November 10, six people were found to have been infected with the virus.
