Myanmar Agricultural Development Bank has finalized disbursing agricultural loans for winter crops to local farmers in Minbu Township, Magway Region.

210 million kyats have been earmarked for disbursing loans for winter crops in the township in the current fiscal year and the MADB began disbursing the loans to 458 farmers from three village-tracts at the rate of 100,000 per acre of farmland on November 17. The process for distributing agricultural loans to farmers is being supervised by Daw Zin Win, Assistant Director of the MADB.

The agricultural loans were given out to farmers in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Department of Health.
