Khin-U 2 February

With the aim of providing enough drinking water to rural areas in Sagaing Region, water supply projects are being taken in three villages in Khin-U Township, Shwebo District, Sagaing Region, according to an official from Township Department of Rural Development.

Digging tube wells, construction of water tankers capable of storing 2400 gallons of water and water plants are being implemented with K 21 million allocated by the Department of Rural Development in 2020-2021 FY. The projects are being conducted by San Thit Khit Company and all have been completed by 25 percent. 

 
Officials from the Township Department of Rural Development are supervising the works to meet the set standard within the target date. Upon completion, local residents in the villages will be available enough drinking water in all seasons.
