A ceremony to drive stakes for construction of new building of Environmental Conservation Department was held at the compound of its office in the town of Kalaywa, Sagaing Region this morning.

Assistant director of the township Environmental Conservation Department U Ngwe Zin, the township Administrator U Zaw Lin and departmental officials attended the ceremony and drove the stakes at the designated places of the construction site and sprinkled the   scented water on it. 

The new building measuring 60 ft. in length and 30 ft. in width will be constructed by Shwe Thu Kywe Company by spending K 53.1 million allocated by the regional government.
