An event to provide food rations to staff of General Administration Department was held at the Yaekye hall at around 3:00 pm in the Town of Yaekyi, Ayeyawady Region on 13 July.

At the event, the Township Administrator U Than Win clarified the purpose of the provision of foodstuffs for GAD staff and called on the staff to follow Covid-19 health guidelines set by Ministry of Health and Sports amid the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

Under this food supply program, each of 28 staff received eight pyi(basket) of rice, one viss of cooking oil, one viss of onion, 50 tical of garlic, 20 eggs, one viss of potato, 50 tical of gram, one viss of salt and masks.—Aung Thu Han, IPRD
