22 more confirmed COVID-19 positive patients being treated at the people’s hospital and other temporary Hospitals in Yatsauk Township in Shan State were discharged from the hospitals yesterday after tested negative for the virus in the second round of testing.

Volunteers from the township Red-Cross Society and social organization sent them to their respective homes. But the 22 will also be put under eleven-day home quarantine when they arrive in their native villages in accordance with the guidance of Ministry of Health.

Currently, 262 confirmed COVID-19 positive patients are reportedly receiving medical treatment in Yasauk Township, Shan State.

Out of 2074 confirmed COVID-19 positive, 1773 were discharged from temporary hospitals in Yatsauk Township after receiving medical treatment so far, according to General Administration Department—Wat Yee (IPRD)
