Basic Education schools in Danubyu Township, Ayeyawady Region are reopened starting from November 1.
There are 210 schools including 159 Basic Education Primary Schools, two sub-primary schools, eight post-primary schools, 14 middle schools, one sub-middle school, 12 high schools, 11 sub-high schools and three monastic schools.
Now, students in basic education schools in Danubyu Township are studying happily in peace since the nationwide reopening of schools on 1 November after the temporary closure due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Chairman of the township Administration Council U Aye Ko Tint and members looked round the reopening of the schools and gave words of encouragement to the students and teachers.—Township IPRD
