The first dose of COVID-19 vaccine has been given to those who have not been vaccinated in Minhla Township, Thayet District in Magway Region since November 9.

Healthcare workers are conducting the vaccination works in accordance with the health regulation set by Ministry of Health with the collaboration of ward and village Administrators at the designated vaccination sites in the Township.

Chairman of the Township Administration council and members inspected the vaccination campaign and provided necessary assistance to healthcare workers. 

As of November 29, a total of 4015 people have been vaccinated at the designated vaccination sites in the township. Healthcare workers continue to vaccinate the remaining people in the Township.—Zar Zar (Ahtet Minhla)
