Homalin 6 January

Social pension was provided to elderly people over 85 years old in the town of Homalin in Homalin Township, Khamti District, Sagaing Region on January 6.

Officials from Township General Administration Department and Township Department of Social Welfare and Ward Administrators provided K 30,000 each to a total of 34 elderly people for three months. 

In the township, there are 385 elderly people over 85 years old and the remaining people will be provided with soical pension via respective village-tract administrators.
