Kanbalu, 16 February

With a view to creating job opportunities for rural women, the Department of Rural Development organized a vocational soap making course in Natpe Village in Kanbalu Township, Sagaing Region on 15 February.

First of all, staff officer of the District DRD U Kyaw Myint Lwin Oo delivered an opening speech. Then, an official from the township DRD clarified the purposes of the training course, and presented teaching aids to the trainees. 

The 20-day training course is being attended by 20 trainees from the villages in the Township.—Daw Phyo Su Naing(IPRD)
