With the aim of boosting the income of local people and their socio-economic status, loans for implementation of emerald green projects were disbursed to farmers in Sali  Village and Edin Village in Tachilek Township, Shan State(East) this morning. The disbursement of loan is the sixth of its kind in the villages.

At the event, an official from Township Department of Rural Development clarified the purposes of the projects and handed over Ks. 46.0 million to 50 people from the two villages. 

An official from the Township DRD dispensed loan of the project to members of village emerald green project committee in line with COVID-19 health guidelines set by Ministry of Health.—Aung Kyaw Min(DRD)
