Construction works of rural concrete bridges in Htoneman Village and Kuamvui Village in Mudon Township, Mon State were completed by 100 percent.
The bridge measuring 15 ft. in length, 15 ft. in width and seven ft. in height in Htoneman Village and the bridge measuring 25 ft. long, 15 ft. wide and seven ft. high in Kuamvui Village were constructed by a tender winning company with Ks. 45.83 million allotted by regional government in 2021-2022 FY.
The construction works of the bridges began on the fourth week of December last week and all the projects have been completed 100 percent, according to an official from the Township DRD.
With the aim of ensuring swift flow of commodity and boosting the socio-economic status of rural people, the Township DRD constructed the bridges in Htoneman Village and Kuamvui Village in the Township. —Aung Myo Thu(IPRD)
