With the aims of upgrading socioeconomic development of rural people, increasing family income and narrowing gaps between rural and urban areas, Pinlaung Township Department of Rural Development is disbursing loans of emerald green project to the local people in Tinhtat village in Sintaung village-tract in the township on May 12. 

First, an official from the Township Department of Rural Development clarified the purpose of the disbursement of loans. The officials provided K 30 million of loans to 65 people in the village.
