With a view to creating a better job opportunity for rural people and boosting their social-economic status, a training course on masonry was organized at the meeting room of the Department of Rural Development (DRD) in Gyobingauk Township, Bago Region on 11 May.

At the event, chairman of the Township Administration Council U Zin Min Htay delivered an opening speech and an official from the Township DRD clarified the purposes of the training course and explained matters relating to the training course. Then, course instructors introduced the subject to be taught in the training and presented teaching aid materials to the trainees.

A total of 20 trainees throughout the township will be given practical and theoretical lectures by the course instructors during the 20-day training course.—Ko Nyo(DRD)
