A ceremony to provide cash aids to storm victims in Zeegon Township, Tharawady District, Bago Region was held at the Township Department of Disaster Management on May 22.

The two people who are in the hospital due to the strong winds on May 21 were provided with K 100,000. Due to the strong winds, roofs of eight houses were flipped over and a house collapsed. Therefore, the township authorities provided cash aids to the victims for purchasing building materials and rice.
